She has led a performance improvement team to support business transformation in a local authority and managed human resources and training functions in the NHS, winning a national award for linking development with individual performance and organisational goals.
Marian is a Master Practitioner and Accredited Trainer of NLP, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Certified DiSC and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Trainer, Strengthscope Accredited Partner, trained assessor with SHL Group and achieved a distinction from the Open University in a Psychology foundation module. She is currently studying Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy at Warwick University.
Diane Rance has over 25 years’ experience as a HR and Organisation Development practitioner, including reporting directly to Board members, in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and engineering organisations as well as the public sector at local and national level. She has successfully led and delivered HR and Change initiatives in both large multi-site organisations and in SMEs, and in both unionised and non-unionised environments.
Her strengths include appreciating the link between business objectives and People Management, and she has experience of designing and leading Business Planning workshops, and supporting HR strategies and Performance Management frameworks.
For 5 years Diane was an associate of the Warwick Manufacturing Group at Warwick University, supporting a Skills Development programme in partnership with JLR. She is also a Guest lecturer and professional mentor at Aston Business School.
Diane has an MBA from Aston University, a Post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, is a member of the CIPD and an NLP Practitioner. She is also certified to use DiSC profiling tools and is an authorised partner for The 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team development tool.
Fiona has an inspirational and energetic approach to all that she does in business change and transformation. With over 25 years’ experience she works to unravel the issues that inhibit individual and business performance and targets activity on what matters most to accelerate growth.
Fiona works with executives and teams, ensuring that investment in change delivers what it sets out to achieve. She facilitates highly interactive and challenging, workshops and meetings.
Recent topics include: rebuilding trust following restructure and redundancies; improving team dynamics; developing a contagious customer experience; process redesign; brand engagement; agile decision making; mediation to repair working relationships.
Fiona is an NLP Practitioner, licensed to use MBTI personality style assessment, and a leading edge Cultural Transformation Tool to evaluate staff and business values, fundamental to improving engagement and productivity. She is also trained in Disc profiling and the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team.
